Fostering a supportive culture that empowers working parents and promotes good mental health
We support organizations in navigating their employees' family-forming journeys by offering expert guidance on policy enhancements that improve the parental leave experience and promote good mental health in the workplace.
Our mission is to unlock the potential of working parents and promote good mental health within the workplace. From conception to the early years of parenting, starting a family can profoundly impact employees’ mental and emotional wellbeing.
Our initiative, Shifting Culture in the Workplace, emphasizes the critical importance of mental health during family growth. By focusing on this aspect, we aim to enhance return-to-work rates, meet gender equality targets, and improve employee retention and overall wellbeing.
Our Approach
1
EMPATHY AND AWARENESS
We begin by sharing the experiences of working parents in managing stress at work. Our goal is to raise awareness about the importance of self-care practices that support health and wellbeing.
2
LISTEN AND REFLECT
We engage in confidential feedback sessions with employees who are navigating family growth or returning to work. These sessions are conducted over a six-month period to gather valuable insights.
3
LEARN AND INTEGRATE
We compile and analyse the feedback to develop insightful recommendations that align with the organization's Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.
4
IMPLEMENT AND CHANGE
We assist in implementing new initiatives and monitor their impact over a six-month period, focusing on measuring holistic well-being metrics among employees.
