Are you looking for gentle, supportive ways to care for your mental and emotional wellbeing during your IVF journey?

Supporting your IVF journey with gentle tools for grounding, compassion, and emotional strength

Welcome to the Shifting IVF program!

There are many reasons why someone might choose the IVF path—mine began with a genetic condition. Like many, I found the process to be emotionally complex and often overwhelming. The uncertainty, the waiting, and the heartbreak after two failed cycles left me navigating moderate depression and symptoms of PTSD.

In the midst of it all, I longed for a gentle space to reconnect with my body, to process the emotions I was carrying, and to find meaning in my journey toward motherhood.

This lived experience inspired me to create the Shifting IVF program—a dedicated self-care program designed to support women through the ups and downs of IVF. Through mindfulness and trauma-informed yoga practices, we’ll focus on nurturing your mind-body connection, ease emotional stress, and create space for reflection, compassion, and healing.

I’m honoured to walk alongside you in this journey.

What We Offer

Join us for a nurturing four-week live online program created to gently support you through the emotional and physical complexities of IVF. Whether you're preparing for stimulation, navigating appointments and results, or reflecting on your journey, this program offers holistic support every step of the way.

Each 90-minute weekly session weaves together mind-body practices in a safe and compassionate space. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, you'll be invited to reconnect with yourself, explore your emotions, and cultivate inner peace.

You’ll leave each session with practical tools to ground yourself, cultivate self-compassion, and strengthen emotional resilience—always honouring your unique path through IVF.
