At The Shift, our Yoga Classes offer more than movement—they cultivate connection, resilience, and wellbeing. Designed to meet you where you are, our classes empower you to reconnect with breath, body, and embodied presence in a nurturing, accessible space.

Class Styles We Offer

  • Pre & Post‑Natal – Move, nurture, and restore

Our prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are designed to support women at every stage of pregnancy and early motherhood. Gentle yet strengthening poses enhance wellbeing, flexibility, posture, and core stability, while mindful movement fosters both emotional balance and physical resilience.

Breathing and relaxation practices help calm the nervous system, creating space for rest and renewal. Each class also offers a nurturing community of like-minded women who understand the unique journey of motherhood.

🧘 Suitable from 12 weeks prenatal, and from 6–8 weeks postnatal (with medical clearance).
🎟️ Available in 5-class passes only.

📅 Saturdays at 9:15 AM (60 minutes)

  • Mums & Bubs Flow – Move, bond, and breathe together

Our Mums and Bubs Yoga classes create a gentle, grounding space for you and your baby to connect through movement, breath, and playfulness. Whether your little one is sleeping, feeding, wriggling, or simply wants to be held — everything is welcome here.

Melissa offers a supportive environment where mothers feel nurtured, and babies are free to just be. These classes help rebuild strength, release tension, and foster a deeper bond with your baby — while connecting with a community of other mums.

🧘 Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks after C-section) until your baby begins actively crawling.
🎟️ Available in 5-class passes only.

📅 Mondays at 11:00 AM (60 minutes)

These classes are offered live online., you'll receive the same compassionate, embodied care rooted in trauma‑informed, culturally sensitive practice.
