Welcome to the Shifting Mental Health Program! 

Discover a gentle, five-week live online program designed to support nervous system regulation through trauma-informed somatic practices. Each session offers a nurturing space to deepen your self-care, release stress, and reconnect with your body—helping you feel more grounded and supported.

Somatic Yoga Program: Engage in gentle, body-centered practices that connect movement and awareness, promoting emotional balance and physical relaxation.

 

Restorative Yin Yoga Program: Slow down with deeply restorative poses that encourage relaxation and rejuvenation, releasing tension and fostering inner peace.
