Welcome to the Shifting Mental Health Program! 

A five-week series of accessible, trauma-informed yoga sessions designed to promote nervous system regulation through somatic practices. Each one-hour session is thoughtfully tailored to your personal practice and interests, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Our approach integrates gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, helping you cultivate emotional resilience, balance, and calm.
