The Shifting Motherhood program is designed to empower mothers through mindfulness practices and reflective techniques that support their overall wellbeing. In this program, you will discover effective ways to rebuild your energy, restore emotional balance, and nourish your body-mind-spirit connection.

We’re thrilled to share that our Shifting Motherhood program has been receiving outstanding feedback from participants! 80% of mothers reported feeling empowered to practice self-care and prioritize their mental and emotional health after completing the program.

Our approach incorporates gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and journaling to create a holistic experience to meet you where you are in this transition. 

​

Having experienced birth trauma and post-natal depression myself, I understand the challenges new mothers face. My recovery journey taught me the vital importance of effective self-care in nurturing all aspects of health. That’s why the Shifting Motherhood program focuses on providing practical tools and strategies to help mothers prioritize their wellbeing.​

What We Offer

A tailored 6-week program that equips mothers to understand stress triggers, develop coping strategies, and learn mindfulness and relaxation practices. During the 90-minute sessions, you'll discover ways to nourish yourself and, most importantly, create your own personalized self-care plan. To help us prepare, we kindly ask you to book your spot at your earliest convenience.

Each week, you'll receive a short, recorded practice to support you throughout the program and beyond its completion.
