The Shifting Motherhood program offers a warm and supportive space for mothers to cultivate self-awareness, build inner connection, and embrace self-care as an essential part of their wellbeing.
Designed with a holistic approach, this program blends mindfulness practices, reflective techniques, and gentle movement with mental health education, empowering you with simple yet powerful tools to regulate emotions, ease stress, and restore balance.

Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and embodied journaling, you'll explore ways to nourish your mind and body, replenish your energy, and create sustainable self-care rituals that feel natural and accessible. Each session invites you to pause, tune in, and integrate supportive practices into your daily life in a way that feels right for you.

This is for you if you’re a mum of little ones (0 - 4 years old) and you are experiencing:​​

We look forward to welcoming you and your little ones—babies, toddlers, and pre-kinder children (up to 4 years old) are all welcome. Everything you need will be provided, so you can simply arrive and enjoy the experience.
