The Shifting Motherhood program is designed to empower mothers with children under 4 years old through mindfulness practices and reflective techniques that support mental health and overall wellbeing. In this program, you will discover effective ways to rebuild your energy, restore emotional balance, and nourish your body-mind-spirit connection.
Our approach incorporates gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and journaling to create a holistic experience tailored to your needs.
Having experienced birth trauma and post-natal depression myself, I understand the challenges new mothers face. My personal journey taught me the vital importance of effective self-care in nurturing all aspects of health. That’s why the Shifting Motherhood program focuses on providing practical tools and strategies to help mothers prioritize their wellbeing.

What We Offer
A tailored 6-week program that equips mothers to understand stress triggers, gain strategies to cope and connect with other mothers facing similar challenges. Over 75-minute sessions you will learn practices to nourish yourself, and most importantly, you'll develop your own self-care plan.
